TCRG Workshops & Special Events

At least once a year the Twin Cities Recorder Guild sponsors a workshop with a nationally known artist.  Past workshop/masterclass leaders include Michala Petri, Pete Rose, and Marion Verbruggen.  Members enjoy reduced rates for workshops.

Workshops & Special Events for our 2007-2008 season:

Play-the-Recorder-Day Peformance
Sat., March 15th, 1:30-2:30 pm
Minneapolis Central Library Atrium

The Twin Cities Recorder Guild will celebrate Play-the-Recorder-Day by playing a variety of music from medieval to modern for the public.

At 2:00 P.M., Recorder Rally, composed by renown recorderist, Matthias Mauté, will be performed. This piece will be performed across the United States by numerous American Recorder Society chapters as a special touch for the day.
